Welcome to PiccollagePro! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our photo editing app ("PiccollagePro" or the "App"). By accessing or using PiccollagePro, you agree to comply with these Terms.


Subscription Benefits:

- Unlock premium editing tools and advanced collage templates.
- Access exclusive filters, frames, photo editing tools, effects, and stickers to enhance your creations.
- Enjoy an ad-free experience with uninterrupted editing sessions.
- Receive regular updates with new features and content additions.

Subscription Plans:

Monthly Plan: $7.99 per month
Annual Plan: $49.99 per year

Payments and Renewal:

-Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
-Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
-Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
-You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Account settings at any time after purchase.
-No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active period.


1. Use of the App

1.1 General Use: You may use PiccollagePro for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.


1.2 Gallery Access: PiccollagePro accesses your device's photo gallery solely for the purpose of allowing you to select and edit photos within the app. We do not collect or store any of your photos.


2. Limitation of Liability

2.1 No Warranty: PiccollagePro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the App.


2.2 Limitation of Liability: In no event shall PiccollagePro or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of PiccollagePro.


3. Changes to Terms

3.1 Changes: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. By continuing to use PiccollagePro after the posting of revised Terms, you agree to be bound by the changes.
